I'm not going to lie to you: vacationing with two middle school girls isn't always a vacation, even in the middle of one of the world's most beautiful cities.
But you cannot put a price on the opportunity to expose a teenager to the array of cultural and historical influences that a trip to Paris has to offer. That is just an expression, of course. The actual price is much higher.
My point is, while your middle schoolers were frittering away their time updating their Facebook pages and engaging in a series of pointless and grammatically dubious conversations, our middle schoolers were frittering away their time updating their Facebook pages and engaging in a series of pointless and grammatically dubious conversations in the Apple Store directly under the Louvre.
